Elevate Youth is the Network's free youth program. The core is case management, home visiting, and one-on-one mentoring for LGBTQ+ young people and their families. A person they can call who knows their situation, follows up, and helps navigate school, family, healthcare, and what comes next.
On top of that core, we run monthly meetups and community events. Free for any LGBTQ+ young person and their family. No insurance, no paperwork, no income test.

Our staff visits youth and families where they are. Help with school issues, family conflict, healthcare appointments, housing, and crisis support. Real-world, free, and confidential.
