By using sclgbtqnetwork.org you agree to these terms. They are not complicated. The short version: use the site in good faith, do not break it, and know what you are doing when you donate or sign up for an event. The long version is below.
Who we are
This site is operated by the South Coast LGBTQ+ Network, a Massachusetts 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 82-2601799). Contact: info@sclgbtqnetwork.org, (774) 775-2656.
Use of this site
You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not scrape, harvest contact information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it to harass anyone in our community. Doing so is grounds for blocking and, depending on what happened, contacting law enforcement.
Event registration
Some of our events require registration and some are 21 and older. Read each event page before you sign up. If an event has an age requirement and you are under it, do not register.
Donations
Donations are processed by Givebutter and Stripe and go directly to the South Coast LGBTQ+ Network. As a registered 501(c)(3), donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will email a receipt. If you donate by mistake or want a refund, email info@sclgbtqnetwork.org within 30 days and we will work it out.

Content on this site is owned by the South Coast LGBTQ+ Network unless otherwise noted. You can share links to our pages freely. Do not republish our content as your own. We sometimes link to other organizations and resources. We are not responsible for content on sites we do not operate.
Disclaimers
This site provides community information and event details. It is not legal, medical, or mental health advice. If you are in crisis, contact 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or the Trevor Project (1-866-488-7386). Both are available 24/7.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Massachusetts law, the South Coast LGBTQ+ Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or attendance at our events.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
