meFIRST is a health and wellness program created by the The South Coast LGBTQ+ Network to acknowledge that in order to help others you sometimes need to make yourself a priority. We work with leading South Coast providers and practitioners to present offerings that address critical healthcare and spiritual needs. The current program includes Yoga, Nutrition, Weight Management, Sexual Health, Mental Health, Meditation, Reflections on Faith, and more.
